A journey between creation and transmission

My artistic journey is the result of a constant dialogue between France and Quebec, and between studio practice and academic research. Initially trained in the rigor of graphic design and life drawing in Paris (Met de Penninghen, Beaux-Arts de Versailles), I consolidated my sculptural and historical approach at Paris 8 University. My move to Montreal marked a turning point towards teaching and theory, leading me to explore the challenges of art education at the doctoral level at Concordia University and in art history at UQAM. This multidisciplinary background informs a vision of art that is both sensitive and reflective.

TRANSMISSION
With an international background spanning Paris and Quebec, I have dedicated my career to the transmission of visual arts. As the founder of the Prima Linea Academy in Paris, I directed the training of artist-teachers for 17 years before continuing my work in Montreal and Quebec City.
My approach is inclusive: I have had the privilege of working with students from Concordia University as well as specific groups (seniors, youth with intellectual disabilities). Deeply involved in the community, I notably served as president of the Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures Cultural Association, where I spearheaded major events such as the Faites de l’art festival.
Today, I teach drawing and figurative painting at
Mouvement d'animation artistique de Cap-Rouge in Quebec City.
